320 W. Being a dual-slot card, the NVIDIA CMP 90HX draws power from 2x 8-pin power connectors, with power draw rated at 320 W maximum.
450W. The Nvidia RTX 4090 has an official power draw of 450W, though momentary spikes of power, known as transients, may mean that it will draw more on occasion. Nvidia set the TDP of its RTX 4000 graphics cards as more of a maximum power draw, rather than a power target, so these should be less common with this generation.
The above graph shows the power draw characteristics of the RTX 4090 while running Fortnite at 1440p. The GPU had a maximum power draw of 252.6 W, much less than its rated TDP of 450 W. In fact, across multiple video games in 1440p, the card does not draw over 1440p.
The 1000W PSU you propose should be plenty. Both major energy consuming components, the 4090 and 13900KF can be very power hungry when pushed to their limit, but a 1000W should still handle them both comfortably.
