Bi-LED on the LE/SE means it has both LED low and high beam inside the projector where it uses the lows as the DRL under low power and has halogen turn signals. The XLE/XSE LED headlights are full LED, meaning the DRL is LED, the turn signals are LED, and so are the low/high beams.
h4 has both high and low beam built into one. h7 and h1. etc have only 1 beam.
In terms of life span, energy efficiency, and light quality, LED headlights are generally considered to be better than Xenons. That's why car owners are increasingly advised to opt for a vehicle with LED headlights. It's important to note, however, that LEDs come at a higher cost.
The H11 and 9003 (or H4) bulbs differ in several key ways. The H11 is a single-filament halogen bulb, whereas the 9003 has two filaments. They also have different bases, tabs, and connectors, so they are not interchangeable.
It is not possible to replace a H4 bulb with a H7 one or vice versa as the differences are just two great. There are two main reasons why they aren't interchangeable: The type of base plate is different, and so you can't try to insert the bulb into a different bulb's socket.
