NOTE: CentreWare Internet Services (CWIS) is the Embedded Web Server on the printer used for device configuration and administration. Login to the System Administrator Mode Using CentreWare Internet Services (CWIS): Print a Configuration Report to obtain the IP Address of the printer if the IP is unknown.
From the device:
  1. Touch Machine Status > General Information.
  2. Check the device's IP address. ...

  4. Touch Tools > Connectivity & Network Setup > Protocol Settings > TCP/IP - Network Settings > Change Settings. ...
  5. Touch Close.
From a computer on the same network as the printer, open an Internet browser window. Enter the IP address of the printer in the Address field, and then press Enter on the keyboard. The CentreWare Internet Services home page will be displayed. NOTE: The printer's IP address can be found on the Configuration Report.
1111. NOTE: The default username is admin and default password is 1111. If the account name or password has changed, Contact a System Administrator. Select Login.
At your computer, open a Web browser. In the address field, type the IP address of the printer, then press Enter or Return.
